Ensure the initial baseline of survivability is defined. Ensure threat documents are updated prior to each program milestone. Ensure threat assessments are complete, consistent with DoD threat projections, and described in sufficient system-specific detail, including system-to-system interfaces, to support development of realistic operational scenarios. Address program impacts of testing against emerging threats which may not be stated in the current validated CBRD including cyberspace threats and impacts. Ensure "shot" doctrine and employment tactics are described. Ensure sources for projections and areas of uncertainty are cited. Ensure adversarial cyber capabilities and tactics are described. Ensure life-cycle mission data plans are established by the program office, or its predecessor organization, for each Intelligence Mission Data-dependent acquisition program and effort beginning at Milestone A.
