Ensure the Mission Assurance Plan describes planning of support and accountabilities for the program consistent with program constraints and resources. Ensure defined accountabilities consistent with technical objectives and planning document, and subsequent task discussions with customer. Plan should be updated as program enters new phase in program life cycle, annually to reflect resource allocations, or as needed to ensure planned mission assurance effort consistent with program activities. In executing the MA Plan develop and collect evidence that will support the assessment of residual program risk and readiness to launch a vehicle or field a ground system.
