Ensure Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) /Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) are planned and completed for each unit/element in the system. Ensure FCA formally examines the functional characteristics of the configuration item, prior to acceptance, to verify that the item has achieved the requirements specified in its functional and allocated configuration documentation.
