2.1.5-12-1 Ensure delivered product meets customer requirements by conducting product verification reviews |
Phase D1 |
|
Ensure pedigree reviews or hardware acceptance reviews (buy-off reviews) are conducted to verify hardware (parts, materials, and components) have been manufactured and tested in accordance with current design documentation, test procedures, and configuration documentation while meeting all requirements. The optimal time to conduct hardware acceptance reviews (HARs) is prior to unit shipment or unit delivery to the next higher level of integration. HARs may be conducted in stages as manufacturing and acceptance data becomes available (also called a running sell). Ensure delivered software is similarly reviewed for acceptance and delivery to the customer.
