Ensure quality assurance processes are in effect from fabrication through fielding: Ensure that the mission assurance standards implementation defines charters for contractor's Configuration Control Board (CCB), Material Review Board (MRB), Failure Review Board (FRB), Corrective Action Board (CAB), and Preventive CAB (PCAB) actions. Ensure contractor's processes include conducting audit activities related to manufacturing such as Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) /Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) on first articles and Product Verification Reviews. Ensure effectiveness of MA processes are verified through the use of internal audits. Ensure plan is created at SRR, finalized at PDR, and updated as required at CDR.
