Ensure that manufacturing quality requirements are flowed by the contractor to the lowest level (part supplier). Ensure contractor, subcontractor, and part/component vendor manufacturing follows MA standards. Ensure that the following is addressed in the flow-down: manufacturing and test management, process control, process maturity, supply chain management and process control, including preventing the use of counterfeit parts as well as provisions for using foreign suppliers. Ensure flow-down of authority, if any, for MRB and FRB is clear.
