Evaluate the contractor capabilities (e.g. experience with similar programs, resources, expertise, facilities, test equipment, scenarios, automated vs. manual testing etc.) to plan and conduct special and formal multi-segment and system of system testing. Ensure that capability for test is adequate from unit to system level. Ensure Integration Planning is complete for test support, handling, calibration, transportation and vehicle equipment.
