Ensure the plan documents means of achieving and verifying cleanliness requirements derived in analysis. Ensure plans are generated for system, subsystem, and/or payload elements and are consistent with interface control document requirements. Contains as a minimum (per ASTM 1548-09): cleanliness requirements for deliverable hardware; implementation plans to achieve, verify and maintain specified cleanliness requirements; environmental controls for facilities to be used; and personnel and operational controls including operating procedures, restrictions, training, and organizational responsibilities for implementation and verification of the Plan.
