Ensure system interfaces and/or installation is designed to preclude inadvertent interchange of the items of interconnections. Positive locking devices should be utilized on all threaded interfaces and fasteners. Components, when installed into their system interfaces, should be designed to withstand at least 1.5 times maximum internal pressure resulting from functioning. All interfaces should include verified margin. More detailed interface requirements can be found in the AIAA S-113-2005 specification.
