Ensure the following for the Hosted Payload: all authorized commands and telemetry formats are allocated to specific operational states with a subsequent operational verification in unit and subsystems; unauthorized commands have no effect and commanding of the Hosted Payload does not affect other payloads; critical commands, namely those that affect Host Vehicle or Hosted Payload health and safety, cannot be accidentally sent without multiple failures or errors (e.g., equipment, software, or procedural).
