GSE POC should have a good understanding of how the other various subsystems interact and how the test validity may be impacted if some units or subsystems are unavailable or have partially functional placeholders during for-the-record testing. Ensure deliverables and supporting technical products are available if the government maintains the software, and that support equipment is available in sufficient quantities to support both developmental test and operational test.
