5.5 - Ground Segment Hardware

5.5-2 Level 2 Tasks

Tasks Applicable Mission Phases Description SFWC Artifacts References
5.5-2-1 Ensure the computer-related hardware suite architecture will satisfy all functional, performance, and interface requirements by performing an independent analysis Phase B | Phase C | Ensure by performing an independent analysis and/or modeling of the computer-related hardware architecture to determine if it meets the system functional, performance, and interface requirements allocated to computer-related hardware. Assess the key performance requirements to determine if there are risks involved in meeting mission performance requirements. Perform the independent analysis periodically throughout the program and compare results against the contractor's results. NA NA Technical Reviews and Audits for Systems, Equipment and Computer Software, Volume 1, SMC Standard SMC-S-21, 15 September 2009 & TOR-2007(8583)-6414, 30 January 2009 or equivalent
