Ensure operations reviews number of fail overs in system testing and rehearsals. RMA numbers at times can at times not describe the true command/control integrity, i.e., repeated fail overs causing commanding and telemetry assessment to be delayed. Operation teams need to ensure trend data are always available on the on-line system.
